Join the Wharton Club of Northern California for some of the best boutique wines from around the world. You’ll taste a flight of California sparkling wines and French champagnes that have been produced in small production with the highest quality. Each of the evening’s wines have received over 90 points in Wine Spectator! We will also be serving an assortment of bites--starting with sushi and finishing off with chocolate covered strawberries--that are tailormade for sparkling wines!
Throughout the tasting, The Bubble Lounge’s head sommelier will be leading a discussion on the origins of sparkling wine, how producers make a great bottle of bubbly, and highlighted wines from around the world.
