Scale School: Scaling in the Age of AI
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and more specifically ChatGPT are top of mind for business, higher education, and the world. How should founders be thinking about these technologies as they consider scaling? What are the short and long-term implications of what we know now? What are the risks and what can we expect in the future? In this session, Professor Kartik Hosanagar and panelists Sajjad Jaffer, WG’01, Head of Data, Analytics and Machine Learning at GrowthCurve Capital, Carleigh Jaques, WG’95, retired Senior Vice President and Global Head of Risk and Identity Solutions at Visa Inc., and Lin Yuan, WG’22, VP of Engineering at Newfront will discuss the current and potential roles of AI and ChatGPT for scaling different kinds of businesses and how they expect those and other technologies to evolve, particularly with respect to their potential utility for scaling enterprises.
