Biography
Deborah Eubanks (DEBORAH@STRICTLYSG.COM) has been coaching executives and industry professionals and students for the past three decades in her unique style of voice and speech. She received her Theater Arts Degree at Harold Pinter Studios in the United Kingdom. She has written and performed at Covent Garden Arts Center, and toured London and Cambridge with a series of performances. She has toured London and Cambridge Arts Centers and Teaching Hospitals with a series of One Woman Performances, and played a lead role in Hugh Stoddart's BBC documentary on single working mothers, and she is an SF Divafest Playwright.
She has taught business professionals “executive presence” at the Berkeley Repertory Theater for over a decade and served as Academic Resource Councillor at Academy of Art University. Deborah has taught and directed Creative Ensemble and Voice, at American Conservatory Theater. She also served as faculty at the University of San Francisco. She teaches a variety of classes including "Voice for Corporate Business Professionals and Educators” and “Building The Voice”, in which she incorporates the works of Kristen Linklater, Edith Skinner, and The Tao of Voice into her own extensive and unique teaching methodology. At San Francisco Academy of Art University, she teaches undergraduate as well as graduate students in the M.F.A. program. Deb is Myers-Briggs Certified and has run JumpStart to Success workshops at Cal State universities. She works with The Times Group, India, coaching, and editing. Deborah was a speaker at Google Women and Diversity 2020 Summit.
Her training in England as an RN Tutor, specializing in speech disorders, helped her to become resident director for Stephen Hawking’s Libra Theater. She coaches top corporate professionals with her own style and methods and is a sought-after director of presentations.
