Join the Wharton School Club of South Florida as we kick of the new year with our Economic Outlook and Real Estate Forecast Webinar with Brad Hunter (W'85), President of Hunter Housing Economics. In this webinar, Brad will discuss with the club the state of the residential housing market with a particular focus on the South Florida market. With the built-for-rent market as one of the hottest topics in residential real estate, Brad will discuss strategies to take advantage of this opportunity.

Brad Hunter currently heads up Hunter Housing Economics, a company that prepares site-specific market studies and performs consulting assignments relating to all kinds of real estate developments. He has been the chief economist of HomeAdvisor and Metrostudy, and has been in the consulting business for more than 35 years. Long ago he was Chairman of CEDA Debate at Penn.
