About this session:
Emotional contagion is one of the most dangerous parts of a pandemic, because it not only influences our emotions about the crisis, but also our decisions and our behaviors. In this webinar, Professor Barsade, a world expert in emotional contagion and emotions in organizations, will describe (1) what emotional contagion is, and how it operates, (2) the influence of emotional contagion on thinking, decision-making and behavior, and (3) how to combat negative emotional contagion and increase positive emotional contagion for best effectiveness, both at work, and elsewhere. This interactive session will also include breaks for Q&A.
