Join the Penn Club for a panel on mergers & acquisitions: what types of companies are prime for acquiring, how acquiring companies and private investment firms go about it, and what considerations they factor in when considering M&A.

Included in the panel will be a Vice President in Business Development from Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., a Managing Partner from Reynolds Advisory Partners, and other leaders from the private investment & legal sectors.
