The Penn Club of San Francisco and the Wharton Club of Northern California is proud to bring to you a professional career development event in the life sciences sector.  Due to rare alumni connections, we will have, as panelists, notable figures such as the CEO of Fluidigm Corporation, a Vice President in M&A for Bio-Rad Laboratories, and other leadership from the rarefied biotechnology sector.  The first half of the panel discussion will be on the latest biotech focuses, future strategic direction and their impact on business; the second half will be on career development, such as how to break into these industries, what backgrounds would be useful and what it takes to advance to the next level.  This event is co-sponsored with the Wharton Club of Northern California, Georgetown Club of Northern California, and Hopkins San Francisco (Johns Hopkins).  All alumni and friends are welcome.
