Dr. Friedman’s most recent book is Leading the Life You Want: Skills for Integrating Work and Life (2014), a Wall Street Journal best-seller. It builds on his award-winning best-seller, Total Leadership: Be a Better Leader, Have a Richer Life (2008), which has been translated into seven languages. Stew is a former senior executive at Ford Motor Company, where he was Director of the Leadership Development Center, and launched a corporate-wide portfolio of initiatives designed to transform Ford's culture.
Stew Friedman is also an award winning teacher and has been on the Wharton faculty since 1984. He appears regularly in business media, and has published over 50 articles for HBR.org.
The evening will commence with a reception, followed by an intimate and
personal conversation
with Dr. Friedman, and conclude with appetizers,
cocktails and time to socialize, network
or shoot some pool, in a private
venue reserved for event guests.
Join together with members of the Wharton Club, Penn Club, and Haas alumni for this special event. Additionally, the representatives of the Wharton Alumni Club will be on hand
to talk about the latest club news, upcoming events and exciting new
initiatives to strengthen the Wharton ecosystem in the Bay Area.
