It's time to network and reconnect with friends at the Wharton Club of Northern California's 2014 Summer Picnic! Fun activities for everyone, especially the kids! If you are new to the Bay Area or the Club, our Summer Picnic is the ideal place for meeting friends new and old from Wharton.

Cost: WCNC Members and families:
pre-register by 11pm Thursday, June 26th, $10 per adult; $5 for children 10 and over; children 9 and under are FREE (please register them so that we know how many people to order food for.) Price does not include a $5 per vehicle entry fee to the park.
Lunch menu: sandwiches and cold drinks.
Theme for this year: Kites!
These are great fun in the open area next to Magic Mountain. Kites will be provided for all kids.
CuriOdyssey
CuriOdyssey is a family-friendlyscience and nature museum that features hands-on science exhibits that explore how nature's complex systems work together. CuriOdyssey's Wildlife Habitats house live reptiles, amphibians, mammals and birds. Stop by and visit these animals that are native to the Bay Area. The museum maintains regular hours. Directions
When coming to Coyote Point from the north (San Francisco), use Highway 101 South. Take the Poplar Avenue exit. Turn right onto Humbolt until Peninsula Avenue. Turn right onto Peninsula Avenue. Go over the freeway, and then circle around and in! to the Park.
When coming to Coyote Point from the south (San Jose), use Highway 101 North. Take the Dore Avenue exit. Immediately turn left onto North Bayshore Boulevard. Turn right onto Coyote Point Drive to the Park.
The Picnic site is right next to Magic Mountain.
