Professor Barbara Kahn will present some of the latest research findings in the study of consumer perceptions. Understanding how consumers form perceptions is possibly one of the most important areas in understanding consumer behavior for two reasons: (1) what consumers perceive affect all of their subsequent behaviors, and (2) what is perceived is not always what is “true.”
