On Wednesday, July 20th, Wharton will host a Summer Reception for prospective MBA students in the Bay Area. You are invited to join us at Wharton West at 7:00pm that evening to help showcase one of the most important parts of Wharton--our alumni network--in its best light!

A key factor in prospective students' decisions about where to apply is the quality of a business school's network. We compete with Stanford, HBS, Kellogg, and other top business schools for these prospectives, and having a strong showing of enthusiastic Wharton alumni for the prospectives to meet makes a difference. What to bring: Yourself and your enthusiasm!

Soft drinks will be served. Self-parking is available within a 2-block area of the Wharton West facility, including a garage at 75 Howard Street between Spear and Steuart Streets ($6 parking after 5pm.)

Last year, a number of alumni headed out for drinks afterwards--we will likely do the same this year!

We would like to encourage alumni from all years to attend this event--in the past, we have heard strongly positive feedback from prospective students on the diversity (age, gender, career path, etc.) of our alumni as well as the sheer number of alumni who turn out for these receptions. We want to keep up the good work and continue to support Wharton MBA Admissions!
