We'll have the opportunity to taste a wide variety of samples and learn about major categories of chocolate that include:

Currently the owner of the only Noe Valley chocolate shop, Jack Epstein puts a twist to the art of chocolate. He sells chocolate from around the globe and offers artistic and decorative ways to purchase them too – from family photographs or your favorite drawing customized to carry your sweets. He has tales to tell of numerous patrons that purchase chocolate on a daily basis, similar to how Europeans buy fresh bread.
