BR Cohn: Rockin' the Sonoma Wine Scene. Bruce Cohn, long-time manager of the Dobbie Brothers, founded the small, family-operated winery and surrounding 90-acre, Olive Hill Estate Vineyards. One of the secrets of their success is the soil, warmed by underground natural hot springs and gentle ocean breezes to create a unique microclimate resulting in ideal growing conditions for ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon. Start the night with BR Cohn’s tropical, citrus-y and ever-so juicy Sauvignon Blanc…just make sure you don’t leave without trying the Cabernet Sauvignon that won the gold medal at the San Francisco Chronicle’s wine competition. Also, taste the olive oil pressed from the olive orchards at their beautiful Glen Ellen estate.

Matanzas Creek: Lavender Fields For Summer. Elegance, complexity, balance and consistency are words used to describe the wines of Matanzas Creek Winery. Whether you’ve heard about the lavender fields, the zen-like gardens, or the critically-acclaimed wines, you will not be disappointed. We’ll have you jumping around the room, first with Matanzas’ intensely fruity yet perfectly balanced Chardonnay. But swing by again for a taste of the Merlot – it’s like none you’ve ever tasted.

Tantalus Winery: Flight for the Gods. Some may remember the story of the Greek icon Tantalus, a son of Zeus who was privileged to share wine and food with the gods. As punishment, he was condemned to spend eternity in a deep pool of water that would drain when he tried to drink. And, hanging just above, ever-so slightly out of his reach, were trees and vines of rich, ripe grapes and fruit, tantalizing him until the end of time. On the eastern edge of the Sonoma Mountains, Tantalus produces many different varietals – all of which are outstanding. So maybe we’ll tease you just a little on this one…
