We are excited to inform you that Wharton has admitted over 100 applicants from the Bay Area to the MBA Class of 2007! The Wharton Club of Northern California will be hosting a happy hour and welcome reception for these admits, and we would like to invite you to join us at Wharton West on Wednesday, April 20th for an opportunity to meet these phenomenal people.
Make plans now to come next Wednesday evening and help show one of the best parts of Wharton--our alumni network--in its best light. A key factor in their decisions about where to attend is the quality of a business school's alumni network. We are competing with Stanford, HBS, Kellogg, and other top business schools for these admits, and having a strong showing of enthusiastic Wharton alumni for the admits to meet can make all the difference.
Here is a quick update on statistics from Rounds 1 and 2: Average GMAT - 714 • Average GPA - 3.5 • Average Age - 28.0 • Female - 34% • International - 34% • U.S. Permanent Residents - 6.8%
